Investor in Customers (IIC) is a completely independent company, who carry out assessments for organisations to establish the strength of their customer relationships, and offer a unique award for customer service excellence.
Your company can obtain the award by demonstrating the extent to which you meet these four guiding principles:

Striving to delight your customers through your relationship with them

The process
The process itself takes around 5 weeks, but there is minimal disturbance to the business. You supply your stakeholder’s names and details, and IIC does the rest.
The award
A company that has a successful assessment will receive an award, at one, two or three star level. You can then use the IIC logo on all business material, as a mark of distinction.
The benefits
As the assessment is based on the insights of your customers and employees, the award provides real credibility with both existing and potential clients.
